Jiangsu Huaer Opto-electronic Material Co., Ltd. was descended from Yangzhou Huaer Photoelectric Material Co., Ltd. Our company was founded in February, 2005. Located in Jiangsu Gaoyou Economic Development Zone, Huaer covers an area of 60,000 square meters and has a floor space of 45,000 square meters.

Our company is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the production of semiconductor monocrystal silicon and solar grade high purity quartz crucibles. Huaer is also the one and only manufacturer capable of producing quartz crucibles of various sizes ranging from 14 to 28 inches in China. Currently our company has 16 production lines of 18-24 inch quartz crucibles and 4 lines of 28-inch crucibles. The production capacity has reached 210,000 crucibles per year. Our company has more than 150 employees, over 65% of whom have academic certificates at or above the junior college level.

Our company keeps a market-oriented strategy and believes that quality is life. Huaer quartz crucibles are not only sold in China, but also in other countries and regions, such as Korea and Taiwan. Our products have won the recognition of Changzhou Trinasolar, Canadian Solar, Xi'an LONGi and many other large scale photovoltaic enterprises in China. The sales volume of our solar grade quartz crucibles has always been in the top 3 among other manufacturers since 2007. Our company has been recognized as a major customer of Unimin in the US, the world's largest high purity quartz sand supplier for several consecutive years.

We attach great importance to innovation ability. With large research investment and professional personnel, we have established a high-quality R&D team and a good atmosphere for innovation. In addition, our company has established long-term and steady "industry-university-research institute" cooperative relationship with General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals, Nanjing University and other research institutes in China. We successfully tackled several hard-nut problems in quartz crucible production. We also undertook several key scientific research projects sponsored by Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
